Alarm One, Inc. Company History

          Alarm One, Inc. is locally owned and operated by two brothers named Steve and Jeff Pyle, both from Columbus. Alarm One, Inc. was established in June of 1998 in a small room in the residence of Steve Pyle in New Hope. Joining the staff in 1998 was another Columbus native and lifelong friend of the Pyle’s, Charles Weldon over sales. Among these individuals they bring over 50 years combined experience within the residential/commercial security, fire,music/intercom, access control and CCTV industry.

Steve, Jeff and Charles all volunteer their services to Lowndes County with the District 3 Volunteer Fire Dept in the New Hope Area. Jeff also serves as a part time City Police Officer and Charles has also served as a part time City Police Officer as well as a part time and full time Deputy Sheriff for the Lowndes County Sheriff Department in previous years. Since our beginning we have rented several offices before building our present office on Gardner Blvd. back in 2007. Since that first day, Alarm One, Inc. has steadily grown into one of the area’s largest and most respected alarm company in the Golden Triangle area. And we have our growing number of  loyal customers to thank for that.   

          Alarm One, Inc. has a dedicated office staff and some of the best service technicians in the industry. All of the staff of Alarm One has had extensive criminal background checks done through local law enforcement agencies prior to being hired by our company.  We also provide a technician on call around the clock for emergencies as well as excellent service after the sale. We are proud to say that our best source of advertisement comes from our large list of satisfied customers, and these customers have referred countless new clients to us over the years.

          We have provided our expertise and services to military bases, hospitals, nursing homes and numerous commercial/ industrial facilities including the new Stark Aerospace facility in Starkville, Ms. We are also proud members of the Columbus- Lowndes Development Link, Golden Triangle Home Builders Association and listed with Dunn & Bradley. We thank all of our customers for their continued patronage and we look forward to meeting new customers and earning not only their business but their friendship as well.
